The aim of this QA program for every project is to give confidence to TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES and client that contract codes; specifications and such quality requirements are achieved.

The QA program covers all project activities affecting quality together with relevant documentation.

The activities covered by the QA program are carried out within system where an organizational structure, functional responsibilities, interfaces; reporting and communication lines are clearing defined. Furthermore, such activities are documented through adequate procedures.

All personnel are responsible for the quality of the work that they carry out. For TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES. The Manager is responsible for implementation of the contractual QA program.

The Quality Assurance organization verifies the implementation of the QA program and evaluates its adequacy to realize established quality objectives. Whenever necessary corrective action are requested to prevent and correct non-conformances.

The scope of Quality Assurance activities for suppliers of Environmental / Engineering activities and General Contracts shall include:

 

·        Ensure that the work is accurately planned and organized.

·        Ensure that procedures and instructions are issued for the performance of all required work.

·        Ensure by qualified inspection, that the work is carried to required quality.

·        Demonstrate by documented records that the work has been carried out and inspected to require quality.

·        The Client’s representatives have the right to verify all aspects of the system established for the project.

 

 

They shall have fee access to documentation and facilities relevant to the contractual Work with assistance by Quality Assurance Organization.

Should a Joint Venture or a Consortium be established with other companies, a Quality?

Assurance program on the Joint Venture shall be agreed with other parties, taking into account, the criteria of the TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES manual the requirements of the contract. For this purpose, dedicated procedures and plans shall be developed by TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES to cover the contractual scope of work.

PART A – GENERAL

1.0              POLICY STATEMENT

It is the intent and policy of TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES to apply for quality management to the products and services rendered. It is also the policy of the company to comply with all contractual requirements and client’s regulatory requirements, implementing a documented quality system specified in this manual, operating procedures and other quality documents of TEOURCHMAN INTEGRATED SERVICES.

It is the management commitment to ensure a planned and organized system capable of demonstrating product and service executions which conform with acceptable quality requirements and international standards and codes such as ISO 9000 standards.

The emphasis is to maintain high standards of workmanship and to prevent non-conformances, because of this way the profitability and consequently the continuity of our business can be assured.

The overall co-ordination and monitoring is the responsibility of all line manager with the Quality Assurance Manager having the management invested authority and organizational freedom to identify quality problems mostly through regular audits, recommend corrective actions and verify implementation and compliance.

Every staff is expected to comply and adhere to the quality system and requirements of the company.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

To ensure that services and products to be rendered comply with all relevant statutory requirements, company, National and international standards, specifications and contractual requirements in the most effective and timely manner.

    To ensure that safety and security of services, products, environment, and HSES of personnel have been carefully considered and that the appropriate measures should always be implemented and complied with.

   To obtain a certificate of fitness and any other certificate for operation of the services and products without causing any delay in the planned progress of the order of services/products.

  To work in a systematic manner to formalize operating procedures tailored to eradicate non-conformances thereby enhancing improvements, irrespective of contractual requirements.

 To maintain proper documentation of the system and to promote uniformity of working practices.
